Troopers told multiple media outlets that Jeremy Elijah Bry- ant Pate, 20, of Dudley was driv- ing a Chrysler Sebring that col- lided Saturday with a pickup truck driven by Gordon Lane, 41, of Mount Olive. Both drivers were killed as were two others inside the Chrysler: Joseph Lee Carter, 21 a Je ro Ro i McKiver, 20, both of Dudley. Troopers said Pate was speeding at the time.
