@UbisoftSupport fix your game and servers!!!!! I was just in a ranked match where your servers just completely crashed and kicked everyone. Wouldn't let anyone reconnect and we all lost elo and got bans! Great job ubisoft!

@SteamDeckMods @Ubisoft @IGN By execs that are still at and/or directly profit from the company but it applies to many platforms. Will EA games launch through the deck without issue? No idea, but I hope this is getting sorted. I'd rather not take away the Steam os if I can help it just to play a few games.

@UbisoftSupport Some days, I will continuesly be disconnected from Ubisoft servers, I've gotten error messages saying my Ethernet cable has been unplugged when I don't use wired connection. Wired connection doesn't make the connection any more stable than before.

@UbisoftSupport I don't have a case number because like mentioned before, when I did submit a support ticket Ubisoft support didn't do anything for me. But tell me to do exactly what you just did. I do not need to troubleshoot my wifi, it's not me. It's server side connection issues.

@AllFatherWorks @Ubisoft Yeah that's fair. Live-Service is never good out the gate, even Destiny took some time to get it right. I understand your opinion, but who knows. Maybe a company learns from all the failed live-service launches and gets it right?

@JuliusArmbrecht @R0KeM @Ubisoft We can go all day the fact is that Ubisoft gives you half assed games with **** nobody asked for only to fix them 2 years later when nobody wants to play anymore. They need to hold their people accountable and stop slapping the Tom Clancy name on **** games.

@nixcraft The only games I currently have any issues with are invariably the ones that insist on using their own launcher (Origin, Uplay) as well as steam. Game devs need to STOP DOING THIS.

@Patterrz That's a Fallacy of Irrelevant Conclusion right there. Because how DARE they criticise Nintendo and Pokemon's transition to Free-to-Play? You probably sound like the Ubisoft defenders rationalising Assassin's Creed's transition to Live-Service despite the criticism.

@ggwpeznore @Griefdrums Don't think i'm under any NDA, but to keep it brief and nonspecific (because I have pals at Ubisoft i don't want to get in trouble) basically there's no appetite to make one as it'll cost too much money and no one wants to be attached to a failure if it doesn't make a ton.

@Jorraptor Thus just proves the point about ubisoft needing to stop with the f2p live service stuff and go back to focusing on what we fell in love with. Single player games like ghost recon, assassins creed, hell even a new R6: Vegas would be interesting

@UbisoftSupport Hi. I got the - “A Ubisoft service is currently unavailable” error. Suddenly I could login again. But then another problem arose. Now everytime i login it asks for 2-factor, even though i click the “remember me” button. I have tried to clear my secure devices.

@UbisoftSupport Hello ubisoft, I'm on Xbox One S series, and I have recently purchased For Honor. But the Ubisoft servers have terrible connection, I'm not sure why, and it's only Ubisoft games. I had this same issue with Tom Clancy's Rainbow Six Siege. Your multiplayer servers are garbage
