More info on Shrove Tuesday

On Shrove Tuesday, it’s traditional for Christian communities to eat pancakes as a way to use up rich ingredients before the more solemn season of Lent begins. Everyone is welcome to our free pancake dinner, 5-7 p.m. on Tuesday, Feb. 9, 2016, in honor of this tradition. If you’re already part of our church, this is a great opportunity to extend an invitation to friends and family. We’ll have live jazz music and kids’ crafts in addition to pancakes.
Questions? Email the church office or call at 859-441-2565.

If you’re new to our church, welcome! We are located at 15 S. Fort Thomas Ave. in Fort Thomas, Ky. If you’re familiar with Fort Thomas, we are across from the post office. Parking is available on our lot at the back left of the church, or on the street. We reserve the spaces directly in front of the church for people with disabilities. The church is wheelchair accessible through the door on the left side, just off of our prayer garden, and once you enter, there’s an elevator that will take you to the lower level.

For current members of our congregation, this is a great opportunity to invite friends and family to our church.   Besides all-you-can eat pancakes, we’ll serve sausage and fruit. There will be kids’ activities as well.
