April Lunch & Learn – Cause and Consequence: World War I

The Lunch & Learn Committee is pleased to announce the return of Dr. Jeffery Williams, retired professor of history from Northern Kentucky University, as our speaker.

The April Lunch & Learn will focus on how the United States came about getting into World War I and the consequences that resulted from the nation’s involvement.

April 6 marked the 100th anniversary of the United State’s declaration of war on Germany.

Williams will discuss the details of the conflict, the after effects of the war, and the lessons learned from revisiting this specific time in history.

The lunch & learn will be held on April 25 at 11:30 am followed by lunch at noon. For reservations, please call Nancy Hunter at 859-441-7207 or email her at hunter@zoomtown.com.
